自2014年以来一直从事生物多样性形成与维持机制的相关研究，主要从事大型兽类和栖息地的监测和保护生物学研究，主要研究方向为人类干扰对东北虎豹国家公园多营养级互作的调控。博士期间，依托“东北虎豹生物多样性红外相机监测平台”利用红外相机和GPS项圈监测，分析了家畜活动规律及其对哺乳动物群落组成的影响，博士后期间继续围绕人类活动对陆生哺乳动物的影响开展研究，相关研究发表在《Proceedings of The Royal Society B-Biological Sciences》、《Journal of Applied Ecology》、《Diversity and Distributions》、《Biological Conservation》、《Landscape Ecology》等期刊。目前主持中国博士后基金面上项目1项，国家自然科学基金青年基金（C类）1项，并以科研骨干参与了多项国家重点研发计划和科技部基础资源调查专项等。
